Prelacy Receives Paintings Dedicated to 1988 Armenia Earthquake
An ocean away, Adom & Sella Tenjoukian of London, England, donated to the Armenian Prelacy of Canada, two special paintings by artist Anait Abramian, dedicated to the Armenia earthquake of 1988.
Prelacy Executive Council members, special guests and artist Abramian joined His Eminence Archbishop Khajag Hagopian, Prelate of Canada for a small get-together, which was held at the Prelacy after Divine Liturgy on December 9, 2007.
Born in
Yerevan, Armenia, Anait Abramian graduated with honours from the
Mookaina Institute of Fine Arts of St-Petersburg, Russia in 1981.
